Elderly Vancouver Pedestrian Struck and Killed

89-year old Mo Chuo Lee was struck by a car while crossing Mill Plain Boulevard in Vancover, Washington. He was taken to a hospital but died from his injuries.

Mr. Lee was not in a crosswalk; however, other cars had stopped to let him pass. Reportedly those cars blocked the view of the driver whose car struck Mr. Lee.
